This Privacy Notice explains how Syori collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app. Syori is a hydration reminder and tracking app designed to help users build a consistent water-drinking habit through reminders, logs, progress views, and wellness-oriented feedback. This notice applies to the mobile application, related support communications, and services operated for Syori.
We aim to collect only the information needed to provide app features such as water intake logging, reminder scheduling, history review, charts, settings, and in-app support. We do not use personal data for advertising, do not sell personal data, and do not use user data to train AI models.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice:

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data. We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.

These providers act solely on our behalf and under our instructions. They are bound by contractual obligations to ensure data security and confidentiality, and they are NOT permitted to use user data for any purpose beyond what we instruct.

Syori is not designed for facial recognition or biometric identification. We do NOT perform facial recognition. We do NOT conduct biometric analysis. We do NOT create, collect, store, or share biometric identifiers, biometric templates, faceprints, or face geometry data.
If a user voluntarily uploads an optional image that contains a person, the image is handled only as regular image content needed to provide the requested feature, if any. Such temporary image processing data is deleted after processing is completed, and it is NOT used for identity recognition, biometric matching, surveillance, or model training.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, operational practices, or security measures. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide notice through the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of Syori after an updated notice becomes effective means the updated notice applies to your use, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
Syori may use internal processing features to generate app outputs or support product functions. All AI processing occurs on our own servers only. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. User-uploaded content, user-generated content, and related data are NOT sent to outside AI vendors for inference, analysis, generation, model training, or model optimization.
We do NOT use your data for AI training. We do NOT use your data to improve general-purpose models. Temporary data used during processing is deleted after processing is completed, except where limited retention is necessary for security, debugging, or storage of results you choose to keep in your history.
Syori is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a person under 17 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
By downloading, accessing, or using Syori, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to the collection, use, storage, and handling of information as described here. If you do not agree with this notice, please do not use the app.
