I. Acceptance of This Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Syori, including its features, content, reminders, records, result cards, statistics, archive functions, store features, and related services. By downloading, accessing, browsing, creating an account for, or using Syori, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use Syori. Your continued use of the app after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

II. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 17 years old to use Syori. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 17 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using the app on behalf of another person or entity, you further represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms of Use. If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you may not access or use the service.

III. User Content

You may provide content to Syori, including but not limited to photos, cover images, check-in images, hydration logs, body weight, activity level, daily goals, reminder intervals, do-not-disturb settings, warm water mode preferences, notes, and other inputs you choose to submit (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights you already hold in your User Content.

To operate the service, you grant Syori a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and temporary license to host, process, transmit, format, display, and use your User Content solely as necessary to provide app functions to you, such as generating hydration-related result cards, showing statistics, enabling reminders, displaying archive history, and supporting save or share features. Syori does not claim ownership of your User Content.

IV. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, upload, record, store, or share through Syori. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to provide that content and to allow it to be processed through the service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit, abusive, harmful, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You are also responsible for reviewing any information, reminders, records, statistics, or generated results before relying on or sharing them. If you choose to share result cards or other outputs outside the app, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

V. Intellectual Property

Syori, including its software, design, interface, brand elements, visual themes, layout, text, graphics, icons, sample directions, selection logic, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to the service provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms of Use, no right, title, or interest in or to Syori is transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the app except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use or applicable law.

VI. Generated Results Disclaimer

Syori may provide automated outputs such as hydration goals, reminder suggestions, warm water prompts, daily or weekly summaries, streak indicators, garden progress visuals, and share-ready result cards. These outputs are generated from user-provided information, app rules, templates, and automated processing.

All generated results are provided for general informational, organizational, and lifestyle-support purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, reliable, suitable for your particular circumstances, or free from error. Any use of or reliance on generated results is entirely at your own risk.

Syori is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment service, weight-loss program, skin-care evaluator, or professional healthcare service. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment guidance.

VII. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Syori is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The service provider disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and availability.

Without limiting the foregoing, no warranty is made that the app will meet your expectations, produce any specific outcome, be error-free, be secure, be uninterrupted, or be compatible with every device, operating system, network, or workflow.

VIII. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use Syori for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This license does not permit you to exploit the app for resale, commercial service bureau use, competitive analysis beyond lawful observation, data extraction, or any purpose not expressly authorized by these Terms of Use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

IX. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider and its affiliates, licensors, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, device functionality, or intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Syori.

This limitation applies whether a claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, even if the possibility of such damages was known or should have been known. To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, it shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

X. Description of the Service

Syori is a lightweight AI-oriented app focused on date-based planning and countdown experiences, with a primary use case centered on hydration reminders and daily water-tracking support. The service is designed to help users input lifestyle-related information such as body weight, activity level, daily water goals, reminder intervals, do-not-disturb periods, warm water mode preferences, and drinking records, with optional photo-based additions such as cover images or check-in images, while allowing core water logging functions to work without images.

The app is structured around simple, result-first tools rather than complex creative workflows. Depending on available features and the current version of the service, Syori may allow users to create or review hydration goals, record water intake, receive native reminders, view day, week, or month statistics, monitor streaks, review archive history, revisit prior entries, and generate visually styled result cards intended for quick review, saving, or sharing.

Syori may present fixed themed directions or sample entries such as water-goal views, desk bottle reset prompts, warm water mode reminders, hydration streak progress, weekly sip charts, or evening refill reminders. The app may also include sections such as Days, Add Date, Date Detail, Calendar, Archive, Settings, feedback pages, store pages, and purchase-state flows. Features may vary over time, and not all functions may be available in all regions, versions, devices, or operating systems.

Syori is intended as a habit-support and organizational tool with a gentle visual style and share-ready outputs. It is not offered as an open-ended content creation platform, community feed, multi-device sync service, or medical advisory system. Local examples, sample visuals, and guide materials are for demonstration and reference only and should not be understood as your actual logs, reminders, statistics, or progress unless you created or confirmed them within the app.

XI. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Syori at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, created risk for the service or other users, engaged in unlawful behavior, or otherwise used the app in an unauthorized manner.

You may stop using Syori at any time. Termination or discontinuation of access does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination, including payment obligations, license restrictions, indemnification duties, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

XII. Changes to the Agreement

We may revise or update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we may update the effective date above and make the revised terms available through the app or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Syori after updated terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any change, you must stop using the app.

XIII. In-App Purchases / Virtual Currency

Syori may offer in-app purchases, including consumable virtual currency such as coins, through Apple In-App Purchase mechanisms. Coins may be used within the app for eligible features or consumption flows that may be made available from time to time.

All purchases are processed by the applicable platform provider and are subject to that provider’s billing terms and conditions. Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not personal property, are not redeemable for money, and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged outside the app.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue coin-related features, pricing, availability, or redemption rules at any time, subject to applicable law. Misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms of Use may result in suspension or loss of purchased virtual items or access to related features.

XIV. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service provider and its affiliates, licensors, contractors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Syori; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms of Use; (d) your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; or (e) your infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right of any person or entity.

XV. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse Syori. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: using the app for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes; uploading content you do not have the right to use; infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; harassing or harming others; transmitting malware, spyware, or malicious code; interfering with the security or integrity of the app; attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts; reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law; scraping or extracting data at scale; using bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated means to access features in an unauthorized way; bypassing technical protections, limits, or payment mechanisms; and using the app to create, store, or distribute content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable.

You also agree not to use Syori in a manner that could overload, disrupt, damage, disable, or impair the service, or that could interfere with any other person’s use and enjoyment of the app.

XVI. Service Availability

Syori is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, that access will be uninterrupted, or that any feature, archive, reminder, store flow, result card, or generated output will always function correctly or remain available.

We may, at any time and without liability to you, modify, update, limit, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the service, whether temporarily or permanently, including specific tools, visual styles, examples, directions, reminder systems, or purchase-related features. Maintenance, network failures, software issues, device incompatibility, third-party platform interruptions, and other factors may affect performance.

XVII. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws that validly apply to this agreement and your use of the service, without regard to conflict of law principles to the extent such principles would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
